Workforce Management Assistant-NW Houston
Houston Galleria, TX
This position will be 3-4 days at their Northwest location and 1-2 days at their South location
Hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm during peak periods
. Must be open to working some Saturdays (short days and not all Saturdays) during open enrollment and peak periods. Job duties and requirements include assisting with scheduling and monitoring agent activity on the call center floor.
Requirements: - You must have prior expereince in a Call Center
- You must have done scheudling/coordinating in a prior position
