Workforce Management Assistant-NW Houston
Houston Galleria, TX
This position will be 3-4 days at their Northwest location and 1-2 days at their South location
Hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm during peak periods
Job duties and requirements include assisting with scheduling and monitoring agent activity on the call center floor.
Requirements: - You must have prior expereince in a Call Center
- You must have done scheudling/coordinating in a prior position
