Job Description
- Provide Help Desk escalation support including audio/visual hands-on support
- Provide backup and security of the system server
- Assist or backup IT Help Desk overflow
- Promote, foster and administer network security
- Resolve customers’ support issues in a timely manner
- Design/install/maintain systems that are secure and reliable
- Work effectively with Computer programmers, business analysts and help desk team across the Information Systems department to communicate issues and fixes for systems
- Azure, Office 365 and Exchange experience is required
- Cisco and Meraki Network experience is required
- Success track record of effective project completions on time
- Seeks to improve existing systems
- Voice experience, Unified Communications, Teams calling
- Exposure to SQL
- Experience using security tools to identify and fix concerns
- Video conference experience
- Hyper-V experience
- Active Directory, DNS, Windows server admin experience
- Performed a previous network/server admin role for a medium to large size company
