Product Development Coordinator

Job Description
- Process interior selection sheets and change orders by following spec home collections
- Process Model Home change orders
- Main the train Selections material
- Prepare materials for presentations, trainings, and special projects
- Maintain Selections Department samples (carpet, tile, wood)
- Assist with the Model Home selection process
- Maintain Division Upgrade Lists
- Communicate with the Construction, Sales and VP of Product Development and Manager with product accounts
- Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or customer service
- Current, valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to distinguish colors and patterns with selection choices
- Looking for someone with attention to detail, a team player, and has organizational skills
