Part Time Call Center Representative in Sugar Land
Employment Type: Full Time Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Hours: Must be flexible Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-1PM or 2PM-7PM with occasional Saturdays.
Provides members with information and direction regarding their accounts, requests, and explains services and products when needed. Maintains members account information on computer system. To act as members advocate in offering products and services. Works assigned reports to provide quality control. Receive and process wire requests from members following established procedures. Provide accurate, courteous, friendly, timely, and professional service to all members and potential members Answer phones immediately and responding to correspondence within 1 working day. To accurately and effectively troubleshoot or direct all calls. To process member transactions with minimal errors. To add to and maintain knowledge of all new products, services, policies, and procedures. Help maintain cohesive staff sufficient to meet daily department needs.Provide informed and professional assistance to all members and associates.
- 6 months- 2 years of CSR experience in a Call Center
- A high school diploma or GED required.
- Must be computer literate with excellent communication skills.
- Must be accurate with numbers and names.
- Must have excellent listening skills, able to operate a 10 key calculator and computer.
- Ability to speak and read both Spanish and English Preferred
