Packing Supervisor

Location: Wylie, TX

Salary: $55,000 DOE

Shift: 6pm-6am

A privately owned aluminum extrusion company that has been in business for over 40 years is seeking a Packing Supervisor to lead their busy operations. There has been a tremendous amount of growth over that time, so they are looking to add to their team! 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all packing department activities on a daily basis
• Supervise the production, quality, and warehousing of product
• Review work orders and packing specifications
• Inspect and verify finished packaged goods
• Ensure that the team meets all production targets and quality standards
• Train and coach team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of supply chain management experience
• Must be able to lead 20+ employees, including leads and production personnel
