FUN, FUN,  FUN! We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic Lifestyle Director who will play a key role in executing our client’s community vision of cultivating relationships in extraordinary communities that enrich lives. The Lifestyle Director takes on the responsibility promote a full social calendar of activities, clubs, classes, and events for residents to enjoy which is in Willis, Texas.  This residential community is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing lifestyle director to activate the many amenities offered.  The community has hiking trails, two large lakes, a water park and lazy river, a state-of-the-art amenity center and an 18-hole golf course, the Lifestyle Director will have an incredible opportunity to engage the residents in adventure and fun where their lives will shine brighter with planned activities.

Lifestyle Director’s General Duties:
  • Create, plan, and promote community events and fitness programs for residents 
  • Create content and manage the HOA website, monthly event calendars, monthly newsletters, resident e-blasts, and the resident Facebook page
  • Coordinate quarterly new resident socials
  • Design event flyers and graphics for events
  • Produce, maintain, and follow an annual budget for activity income and expenses
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents and the community as a whole
  • Developing and implementing general policies and procedures
  • Administrative duties (vendor contracts, invoices, credit card statements)
  • Creation, coordination and support for community clubs, groups, and committees
  • Plan the annual meeting with the HOA Manager
  • Ability to create a strong, professional, and symbiotic relationship with the HOA Board of Directors
  • Must be comfortable with public speaking and engagement
 Requirements the Lifestyle Director Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in recreation, communications, journalism or community development Candidates should have 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or other related experience and 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications
  • Able to adjust work schedule due to planned activity times [nights, weekends if necessary]
  • Able to physically move around the residential community with ease
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with their marketing team, HOA management team, HOA board, committee members, and volunteers
  • Must be outgoing and able to project a positive experience
  • Enthusiastic and a passion to create the perfect community experience
