Helpdesk analyst position avaiable in northwest Houston. Pay is $18 an hour for a duration of three months. Position is part time and hours are as follows:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7am-4pm Job Summary:Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and communication problems/conflicts/defects in person or remotely. In addition to these duties, this person may be called upon to assist clients and board members with connectivity or application issues directly related to accessing TGS softwareand/or data. Other Duties and responsibilities: -Investigates, analyzes, and resolves hardware and associated software and communications problems on computer systems; performs complex hardware repairs and maintenance on a wide range of pc-based computers, servers, scanners, and peripherals. -Provides advanced hardware technical assistance and support; troubleshoots and resolves system hardware, software, and communications failures and conflicts. -Installs, integrates, and configures new computer systems and hardware for users. Job requirements: -High School diploma or GED -2-3 years Windows OS, Microsoft Office support and networking (both phone and deskside) -Experience with Dell, IBM and Microsoft hardware
