- Place/answer phone calls to the customer answering EZ Tag questions.
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Provide payment plans and resolutions on past-due accounts
- Enter data efficiently/Communicate via email with little to no errors
- High School or GED Equivalent
- Math skills – assessment administered
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls speaking Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese speakers
- Ability to handle billing inquiries and address changes in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese speakers
- Computer proficiency and strong typing skills 40 WPM
- Must be detail-oriented and have superior communication skills
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Must have collection and banking experience
