Entry Level Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator role builds market share by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with various companies.
Position Details: This position will require you to spend a majority of time outside of the office, cold calling on prospects and developing customer relationships though lead generation and prospecting.
Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting decision makers & exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business opportunities by evaluating options and proposing specific staffing strategies per customer.
Generate leads via cold calling, both in-person and via phone or email.
Implement and maintain sales pipeline buy being organized and mapping out sales territory.
Continuous tracking of opportunities through the sales pipeline in order to quickly secure business.
Work with internal recruiting team and provide information on clients or prospects for staffing needs.
Position Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
2+ years of sales experience with a "service related" company.
