Job Description
Full-Time Customer Service Representatives (Credit Union)

- Provides members with information and direction regarding their accounts, and requests, and explains services and products when needed.
- Maintains members' account information on a computer system.
- Act as members, and advocates in offering products and services
- Works assigned reports providing quality control
- Receive and process wire requests from members following established procedures
- Provide accurate, courteous, friendly, timely, and professional service to all members and potential members
- Answer phones immediately and respond to correspondence within 1 working day.
- To accurately and effectively troubleshoot or direct all calls
- To process member transactions with minimal errors
- Add to and maintain knowledge of all new products, services, policies, and procedures
- Provide informed and professional assistance to all members and associates
- Must have banking or financial background/experience
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
- Symitar experience
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of this job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters to give or obtain information that may require some discussion
- Must be computer literate with excellent communication skills.
- Must be accurate with numbers and names
- Able to operate a 10-key calculator and typewriter, and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
