Customer Service Clerk

This temp-to-hire Customer Service Clerk position is located in Northwest Houston and ensures the customer receives best in class service.
This position collaborates with the Senior Customer Service Representative to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Receives phone calls from customers in regards to the online points programs
- Resets passwords for customers
- Places online orders for customers and assists with back orders
- Assists the Lead CSR where needed
- Professional verbal and written communication skills -
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task while under pressure
- Maintain a high level of professionalism to a wide range of customers -
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as cross-functionally
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with customers
- Heavy data entry - Microsoft Office Suite
