Job Description

- Must attend the entire training session
- Call Center experience outbound or inbound a huge plus
- Bilingual a huge plus
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Communication skills, patient insurance or \consulting experience
- Knowledge of HIPPA laws
- Experience with marketplace health insurance plans
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Office
- Ability to collaborate with the team and possess innovative skills
- Understanding how auto delivery response works
- Accuracy, communication skills, detailed oriented, documentation skills using professional customer service skills
- Technical, scheduling, and cashiering experience a huge plus
- Answering phone calls and ability to provide healthcare options
- Typing and data entry skills needed
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls
