POSITION MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Experience - One (1) year of collections of large dollar value and escalated accounts required. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a customer service/relations, banking and/or call center environment preferred. JOB DESCRIPTION: Interfaces with customers to process account maintenance queries, complaints, answer questions about the EZ TAG program and collections process. Assists with resolving toll violations, receives and processes payments, updates invoices, and interfaces with other HCTRA divisions and Countydepartments regarding EZ TAG violations. This also includes, but is not limited to, performing daily collector/administrative duties and utilizing negotiation techniques to resolve escalated accounts. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED required. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Ability to remainprofessional and courteous with customers at all times. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and strong de-escalation skills. Ability to work independently and be resolution driven. Data entry/typing speed of at least 35 correct words per minute. Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communications skills.
