Call Center Manager

Manage and oversee all activity associated with the Houston Call Center and its collection productivity and processes.
1. Insure that the collection department is running efficiently and effectively
2. Train and motivate Supervisors on effective management techniques
3. Generate and analyze reports to enhance productivity
4. Monitor and track productivity of the department
5. Create and maintain a cohesive work environment
6. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the Clients
7. Review prospective new hires with the Supervisors that conducted the interview and approve.
8. Handle escalated calls
9. Perform Calibrations with agents and supervisors
10. Work with two other call center managers involved in our virtual call center
Must have 3-4 years prior experince as a Call Center Manager
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
