Call Center [HCTRA]
$15.75 /hr. Clay Road
Hours/Shifts: (Full-time) Hours: Monday-Friday eight (8) hour shift (between 7:00 am-6:00 pm) and Saturday 8:00 am-4:00 pm + additional weekday off, Sunday off-5-day work week
Contract – no end date

Responsibilities of the HCTRA Associate:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with EZ Tag questions.
- Processing toll violation payments and assisting callers with their EZ TAG account
HCTRA StoreFront Associate Requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- Two (2) years of call center experience
- Must have a clean criminal background check
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls speaking Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese
- Ability to handle billing inquiries and address changes in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese
- Computer callers and strong typing skills 31 WPM
- Proficient and detail-oriented with superior communication skills
- Pass drug screen and criminal background check
