Job Description

- The assessment will begin only after you've logged in and read the instructions
- Before you begin the assessment, please verify your settings by clicking on the "Check Your System Settings" button on the assessment Login page
- Take inbound call payment information, update toll road accounts, and resolve disputed and escalated calls in a timely period.
- Process and verify license plate images that have been recorded by toll road cameras.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent call center experience
- Typing or data entry skills (35 + WPM or 6000 kph)
- Able to sit for periods at a time
- Customer Service skills and professional attitude
- Must be punctual by arriving on time
- Dispute resolution skills are a huge plus
- Collections experience is extremely helpful
- Direct Deposit offered
