Branch Manager [Direct Hire]
Base Salary $90K Monthly Allowance: $1,500 4% of Net profits paid quarterly
100% in office
Monday -Friday 8 am – 5 pm
North Houston – Greenspoint

We are excited to seek a Branch Manager for a fantastic direct-hire opportunity for a Houston area client who specializes in high-quality stair remodel products. The branch manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a bank branch. They will oversee financial reporting, hire and train staff, and grow branch revenue. Duties include managing and supervising employees, assisting customers, and providing excellent customer service. This position will report to the Vice President.  If you feel you can successfully Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, and enjoy group problem-solving situations, apply today and lead this branch to success. We are excited to find a Branch Manager with a sales, operation, construction, and warehouse background.

  Branch Manager's  Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and sets branch performance goals 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs
  • Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
  • Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote  products
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives by maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  • Prepare periodic sales reports including sales volume, potential sales, tentative d areas of growth
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of competitors
  • Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to bring out the best in each team member
  • Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
 What You Will Need: 
  • 5 - 10 years of successful, proven track record as a team leader or Branch Manager
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to train staff on sales techniques
  • Strong understanding of sales, operations, budgets, and administrative knowledge to promote growth and increase sales
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations  
  • Demonstrates group presentation skills
  • Ability to present numerical data effectively in a sales presentation
  • Understanding of how teamwork and team building effects sales
  • Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives to support the success
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • SAP is strongly preferred or another ERP system.
