Primary Bilingual File Clerk Responsibilities:
- Maintain, and complete clients’ files, assuring completeness and compliance with funding requirements
- Collect income information to determine eligibility for the Program and request checks for
- vendor assistance
- Scan documents electronically and file paper copies are maintained properly
- Open new case files in the database, type and make
- Maintain case service statistics
- Organize files into alphabetical order, enter data on Client Track, maintain consistent data records and close files
- High School Diploma or GED
- BILINGUAL REQUIRED
- One (1) year of clerical experience including filing
- Strong and accurate data entry
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated success in dealing with a variety of people
- Ability to handle confidential client information
