Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

The Harris County Toll Road Authority is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work long term contract assignments with the potential to go direct.
If you have previous customer service background, fluent in Spanish, preferably in a call center environment, we want to hear from you!
Location: Northwest Houston - Beltway 8 and Clay Road
Duties: Answering inbound calls, billing inquiries, making address changes, assisting callers with EZ Tag questions, processing toll violation payments, and assisting callers with their EZ TAG account.
Requirements:.Fluent in Spanish
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a clear background .Must not have any outstanding traffic or toll tag violations Must be computer proficient
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Hours: Work Monday-Friday (You will work an 8 hour shift between 7am & 7pm) Work every Saturday
- 8: 00 am - 4: 30 pm Off one day during the week and Sundays 8. Please send your resume as a Word document
